ENG, CMU Open House Welcomes Representatives from the University of Waterloo to Discuss Academic Cooperation in Cybersecurity

On August 26, 2024 at 2.00 p.m., the Faculty of Engineering at Chiang Mai University led by Dean Associate Professor Dr. Thongchai Fongsamoort, along with the Head of the Department of Computer Engineering Associate Professor Dr. Santi Phithakkitnukoon, and Lecturer Associate Professor Dr. Sanpawat Kantabutra, warmly welcomed Professor N. Asokan from the University of Waterloo, Canada. The occasion marked a discussion on fostering academic cooperation in cybersecurity, held at the Tiyaporn Conference Room, 6^th Floor, 30^th Anniversary Building, Faculty of Engineering.

Earlier on the same day at 10.30 a.m., Professor N. Asokan delivered an esteemed lecture on the topic of “Blinded Memory.” Following the lecture, he engaged in a discussion and knowledge exchange on cybersecurity with the faculty members responsible for the Cybersecurity curriculum in the Department of Computer Engineering.
